The National Gallery of Art (NGA) partnered with us to undertake a comprehensive audit of its entire visitor experience. Our work included audience and user research, on-site studies, opportunity sprints, and experience mapping for every core audience. A key outcome of that work was to create an audience-centered new web presence that embodied the Gallery's refreshed brand, engaged new demographics, and supported its evolving institutional mission, vision, and values.
